Abstract :

The rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) helps governments to enhance the communications between their agencies through gaining speed, capacity, simplicity, and precision, which improve the productivity and effectiveness. Digitalization of the services make a new insurmountable prospect for world economy which affecting different sectors such as energy, banking, retail, publishing, transportation, education, health and media. This study aims to construct a theoretical framework describe the relationships between different factors impacting the mgovernment services and digital economy. Through review the updated and available literature about m-government and digital economy implementation stages and its challenges. The results of this study provide more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the association between m-government development and digital economy, also this study offers a set of recommendations as well as suggestions for the digital economy and m-government services improvements.
