Abstract :
This study aimed to know the recourses of the job stress for the special education teachers. And it aimed to investigate the effect some variables on this stress. In order to achieve the aims of this study, a scale of job stress for teachers of special education were used to collect data from (229) female teachers. The results indicated that the most important of the job stress of special education teachers are: communication and relationships with parents of students with disabilities. Also, inadequate salary and suitability it to work with students with disabilities. Also, it indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between teachers of special education in the degree of job stress due to: Age of teacher, experience, specialization and educational level. And there are statistically significant differences between teachers of special education in the degree of job stress due to the type of disability which taught by the teacher's favor to: Autism spectrum disorder then, intellectual disability, hearing impairment and learning disabilities.
