الملخص :
سعت الدراسة الى معرفة الكفايات اللازمة لتدريس الطلبة الموهوبين ودرجة تطبيق المعلمين لها من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء متغيرات المؤهل العلمي, والخبرة التدريسية, والتخصص تكونت عينة الدراسة من (23) معلماً ومعلمة على الفصل الاول 2019/2020, تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات(كفايات التخطيط, والتنفيذ، والتقويم، والشخصية، وإدارة الصف) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق المعلمين للكفايات اللازمة لتدريس الطلبة الموهوبين من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم جاءت مرتفعة ولجميع المجالات. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) لأثر متغيري (المؤهل العلمي، والتخصص) لكفايات تدريس الموهوبين. ودلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤ 0.05) لكفايات تدريس الموهوبين تعزى لأثر متغير الخبرة التعليمية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة التعليمية اكثر من (10) سنوات .
The study aimed to identify the degree of applying teachers’ necessary competencies to teach gifted students from the viewpoint of the teachers themselves in light of the variables of the scientific qualification, teaching experience, and specialization.The study sample consisted of (23) teachers (male and female ) in the first semester of 2019/2020, a questionnaire was built consisted of (49) items distributed in five dimensions (competencies of planning, implementation, evaluation, personality, and class management). To achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive approach- survey was used. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying teachers’ necessary competencies to teach gifted students from their viewpoint was high and for all fields. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) for the effect of two variables (educational qualification, specialization) for the competencies of gifted education. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) level for the talents of teaching the gifted due to the effect of the educational experience variable and in favor of those with an educational experience more than (10) years مجلة مؤتة للبحوث والدراسات
