الملخص :

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز المعتمد من المذهب الشافعي في تحديد آخر وقت لصلاتي الفجر والمغرب، وذلك من خلال البحث في مسألتي ضبط بداية ونهاية صلاتي الفجر والمغرب ،دراسة مقارنة بين المذهب الشافعي والمذاهب الثلاث الأخرى.

Abstract  (The Reliable in the Shafi’i Doctrine in Setting the last time for the Fajr and Maghrib prayers) This study aims to show what is adopted in the Shafi'i Doctrine in determining the last time for the Fajr and Maghrib prayers, through a comparison between the Shafi'i school of thought and the other three schools. The study showed the jurisprudential sayings by explaining the textual and mental evidence and discussing them, and clarifying the approved opinion in the Shafi’i school, then stating the most trustworthy opinion with the evidence. The study found that the adopted last time for the Fajr prayer in the Shafi'i school is the immersion of light and darkness  (the darkness of the end of the night when it mixes with the light of the morning), and the adopted last time for the Maghrib prayer is the same as first time for the prayer and does not extend until the setting of the twilight.
