يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز المعتمد من المذهب الشافعي في طهارة البدن والثوب،وذلك في مسألة استعمال الماء المشمس في البدن،ومسألة عدد الضربات في التيمم،ومسألة القدر الواجب في التيمم،ومسألة كيفية إزالة النجاسات من البدن والثوب،مقارنة ذلك بالمذاهب الثلاثة الأخرى.
