ملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مخططات تنظيم الأراضي في كل من فرنسا والأردن، وذلك من حيث بيان أنواع هذه المخططات وإجراءات إعدادها، وبيان السلطات المختصة باصدار هذه المخططات ودور الوحدات اللامركزية في ذلك، كما توضح هذه الدراسة طرق الرقابة على إجراءات إعداد هذه المخططات سواء كانت رقابة إدارية أم رقابة قضائية.

Abstract

This study aims at studying Urbanizm Planing in both French and Jordanian law. The types of such planing, procedures of its issuance, the competent authority of issuing it and the role of decentralization units regarding urbanizm planing, will also be examined.

The research ends with methods of control and supervision on the procedures of issuing urbanizm planing, either judicial control or administrative control
