ملخص

سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أسباب عزوف أولياء الأمور عن المشاركة في مجالس الآباء والمعلمين في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس، وقد تألفت عينة الدراسة من جميع أفراد المجتمع والبالغ عددهم (226) مديراً موزعين على مديريات التربية والتعليم في المحافظة في العام الدراسي 2004/2005م.

أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر الأسباب التي تقف وراء عزوف أولياء الأمور عن المشاركة في مجالس الآباء والمعلمين هو انشغالهم بأمور الحياة إذ بلغ متوسطها الحسابي ( 31 , 4%). وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05 ) لصالح المؤهل العلمي، والمديرية. في حين لم يظهر أثر للجنس ومستوى المدرسة.

abstract

This study aims at discovering the reasons behind parent’s refrain from participating in parents and teachers councils in karak governorate from principal’s point of view.The sample for this study consists of two hundred and twenty six principals from various ( directorates) in karak governorate for the academic year 2004-2005.The results for this study reveal that the most important reason for the refrain of point’s from participating in parents and teachers councils is their indulgent in life activities. The mean was ( 4.31%).The results also reveal that there are statistically significant differences due to qualifications and directorate at the level of ( P= 0.05) whereas that was no significant difference due to sex and level of school.
