This study aimed to identify the impact of an educational program by using computer on investing the lesson time the performance level in surfing in the game of volleyball. The study sample was chosen in the intentional method from the students of the eighth grade at Mu'tah secondary school for boys in the directorate of Al-Mazar for the academic year 2013/2014. The study sample consisted of 30 students who were distributed to two groups: The first is the experimental group, which used the program by making use of computer (15) students and the other group is the control group which used the traditional program and consisted of (15) students. The researcher designed an educational program by using computer to teach the skill of down surfing and the tennis surfing in the game of volleyball. The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences for the pre and post measurements for both groups with regard to improving the performance level in the two skills of surfing. The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the post measurement between the experimental and control groups in the skills of tennis surfing and the down surfing in favor of the experimental group. The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the two groups in investing the academic teaching time in favor t the experimental group. In the light of these results, the study recommended about using computer in teaching the skill of surfing in volleyball due to its positive impact on investing the lesson time.
