Abstract : This study aims at providing an overview of the application of nano-fluid in nuclear reactors, and the statement of practical meeting points between the basic processes in the nuclear reactors and the field of the use of nano-particles in these processes. The conclusion derived from this study suggests a wide scope for scientific research in the field of the use of nano-particles of different types in the cooling processes of the heart of the reactor and in the heat exchange in the process of electricity production or improving the exploitation of hot water in other areas.
