The current study aims to determine the level of acceptance of Microsoft Teams among Al Ain University's Islamic Culture students. The sample consisted of 170 students from the Islamic Culture course, which was taught during the second semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, the results of a survey with 33 items on four major areas: degree of use, perceived usefulness, behavioural intention to use, and actual use, were analysed using the descriptive analytical approach based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). After confirming the survey's validity and reliability and distributing it via Google Forms, the results revealed that the mean level of acceptance of Microsoft Teams was high, at 4.22. There were no significant differences in degree of acceptance based on gender, university year, specialization, or academic achievement. The inclusion of TAM provided a theoretical lens that helped to explain how perceived usefulness and ease of use influenced students' behavioural intention and actual use, strengthening the study's contribution to understanding technology adoption in culturally oriented courses.
