This study aimed to explore the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on achieving organizational excellence in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies. The study population consisted of all Jordanian pharmaceutical companies affiliated with the Jordanian Association of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (JAPM), totaling 14 companies. The study population was adopted as a sample. To achieve the study's objective, a descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, and a questionnaire was developed for data collection. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to employees in managerial positions. After excluding eight invalid questionnaires, the final sample consisted of 242 valid responses, representing 96.8% of the total study population. The results showed that there is an impact of entrepreneurial orientation, with its dimensions, on achieving organizational excellence in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies. Based on these findings, the study recommended the necessity of urging the surveyed companies to continue adopting various methods and strategies to maintain a high level of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational excellence, in addition to emphasizing the importance of keeping up with environmental changes and adopting all the possible methods to face challenges and promote their competitive position.
