Automotive spray painting exposes workers to a complex mixture of volatile organic solvents, polyisocyanates, and metal-containing particulates. Together, these compounds can induce oxidative stress and DNA damage. Despite this known risk, the simultaneous impact of such exposure on oxidative stress balance, DNA repair signaling, and hematologic parameters within the same population remains poorly understood.
