الملخص

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان سماحة الشريعة الإسلامية، ومرونتها وشموليتها لشؤون تعدد الزوجات، والتكاثر، وتنظيم النسل، وبيان عدم التناقض بين تلك المطالب، بل يطبق كل مطلب منها في وقته وظروفه، مدعماً بالأدلة القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية، وأراء العلماء حرصاً على تحصيل الفائدة للفرد والجماعة.

Progeny Organization From Islamic point of view

This research aims to explain the flexibility of Islamic law (shari’a), covering the most fields of polygamy, multiplication, and progeny organization. Showing that there is no controversy between different commands in these fields, but using every command in its real situation. Providing with proofs from Qur’an, prophetic sunna, and opinions of Islamic scholars so as to have benefits for individuals and communities.
