هذا البحث يدور حول ملخص عن حياة السيوطي . كما أنه محاولة لجمع اختياراته الفقهية ومناقشاته . ولقد بذل الباحث جهده في مناقشة عشرين اختيارا منها مما أثبت أن السيوطي كان عالما مجتهدا . وخاتمة تحتوي علي رأي الباحث .

Suyuti and his Figh choices

This research is a summary about the life of Imam al-Suyuti .  A try to collect his fiqh choices and its arguments . I did my best to argue a twenty choices and results that shows that this scholar is a Mujtahid .  Conclusion contains the opinion of the researcher .
