تناول هذا البحث مسألة الملكية الفكرية في القرآن الكريم، من خلال المعنى اللغوي، والاصطلاحي، والدليل الشرعي. وكشف اللثام عن سبق القرآن الكريم في بيان حق الآخرين بموضوعية تامة دون حيف، وبيّن الباحث لزوم المحافظة على النتاج الفكري كالتأليف وغيره، ومعاقبة الجاني عليه.

Intellectual property

The Researcher discusses in this research the problem of Auther’s Thought” , or Intellectual property , among the language , conventional meaning, and legitimate proof .

It is also unveil that the glorious Qur’an  was forgoing people in Giving others their rights in complete objectivity without  prejudice .. the Writer declares the importance of intellectual products  such as : writings,  opinions   and others .  calling  to punish the perpetrators strictly.
