يبين هذا البحث مرونة الشريعة الإسلامية، وصلاحيتها لكل مكان في أي زمان وفي مختلف الظروف لصاحبه بل هو ملك لله، وعلى هذا الأساس فيجوز التبرع ولا يجوز البيع من باب منفعة الآخرين في شيء لا خسارة عليك فيه بدلاً من أن يذهب للتراب، ولكن بقدر الحاجة والضرورة.
