ملخص

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع شركة الشخص الواحد في التشريع الأردني وذلك من خلال البحث في النظريات التي قيلت في تفسير أساس الشركة، مثل نظرية الذمة المالية أو نظرية الإرادة أو نظرية الشخصية المعنوية، وذلك في الفصل الأول من هذه الدراسة.

أما الفصل الثاني فقد تم تخصيصه لبيان صور شركة الشخص الواحد في القانون الأردني من خلال استعراض شركة الشخص الواحد في الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة أو المساهمة الخاصة أو المساهمة العامة.

وفي الخاتمة تم استعراض أهم النتائج والتوصيات

Abstract
 This study consists of two main. Sections. Section one deals with the notion of "One-man Company" in the Jordanian legal system, through examining the different, "Legal theories concerned, such as "Legal Personality", "One party’s will”, and financial capacity". The second section deals with the various types of “One-man Company in the Jordanian company law, such as Limited Liability Company Public Limited Company and Private Limited Company. This research concludes with some results and recommendations.
