أثر انضمام الأردن إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية (WTO) في تشريعات الملكية الصناعية والتجارة الأردنية

الملخص:
لم يعد الانضمام إلى منظمة التجارية العالمية (W.T.O) ـ وهي الخلف القانوني لمنظمة الجات (GATT) ـ بالأمر التخييري لدول العالم, بل أصبح أمرا حتميا لا يمكن تجاهله ـ وقد أعلن رسميا عن انضمام الأردن إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية في 17/12/1999, ولأغراض هذا الانضمام فالأردن كان مطالبا بالالتزام بجميع الاتفاقيات المنبثقة عن منظمة التجارة العالمية وعلى الأخص اتفاقية الجوانب المتصلة بالتجارة من حقوق الملكية الفكرية والتي تعرف باسم اتفاقية تريبس (TRIPs)ـ وفي هذا السياق فإن الأردن قد أجرى تعديلات تشريعية واستحدث تشريعات جديدة لتغطي حقوق الملكية الفكرية كافة , هذا بالإضافة إلى تهيئة البنية التحتية وتطوير الإدارات التي س تتعامل وتنفذ أحكام اتفاقية تريبس (TRIPs)ـ وسوف نقوم في هذه الدراسة بمناقشة التعديلات التي أدخلها المشرع الأردني على تشريعاته المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الصناعية والتجارية لأغراض انضمام الأردن إلى اتفاقية تريبس (TRIPs)
The Effect of Jordans Accession to the WTO Jordanian Industrial and Commercial Propriety Legislations

Abstract
Joining the World Trade Organization, which is the legal successor for GATT Organization, is no longer an optional matter for the worlds countries, but something which cannot be ignored and a compulsory. Jordan has been declared as a member of the W.T.O in 17/12/1999. And to achieve this purpose, Jordan has required to comply with all agreements issued by the W.T.O, particularly the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellecual Property Rights which is called TRIPs Agreement. In this regard, Jordan has amended and adopted new legislations to cover all intellecual property rights. In addition to that, Jordan has to prepare a basis and to improve administrations which will deal and implement TRIPs Agreements Rules. This study will discuss the amendments which the Jordanians Legislator has made on the intellecual property rights legislations for the purpose of joining TRIPs Agreement.
