الملخص:

يتناول هذا البحث دور إعادة التأمين في دعم صناعة التأمين الأ{دنية. ويهدف إلى إلقاء الضوء على الدور الهام الذي يلعبه إعادة التأمين في دعم سوق التأمين الأردني وتشجيعه من خلال الفوائد الكبيرة التي يحققها لشركات التأمين على نحو يضمن بقاءها واستمرارها. كما يهدف عذا البحث إلى بيان السلبيات التي تنجم عن زيادة عمليات الإعادة للشركات الأجنبية، وكيفية التوفيق بين الحاجة الماسة لإعادة التأمين من جهة وبين الحد من المخاطر التي تترتب على زيادته لدى الأسواق الأجنبية من جهة ثانية.

وأخيراً طرح فكرة إنشاء شركة إعادة تأمين أردنية ومدى جدوى ذلك في ظل ظروف السوق الأردنية

The role of reinsurance in support of the insurance industry in Jordan

Abstract  :

This paper discuses the role of reinsurance in supporting Jordanian insurance industy and to shed the light at the important role which reinsurance plays in suppoting and encouraging the Jordanian insurance market through the huge benefite which achieved in the side of insurance compainies for the purpose of their continuatity.

This paper also aime to clarify the disadvantages which may raised as a result of increasing reinsurance contracts with foreign reinisurance companies, and who to combine between the necessity of reininsurance in one side and limiting the risks which raised as a result of its increasing in foreign market in the other side.

And finally, this paper point out the idea of establishing a Jordanian resinsurance company and the extent of advantages of such suggestion under the circumstances of the persent Jordanian markrt
