Abstract

The work proves the existence of a smooth well guarded raised construction "SAMA", consisting of seven levels having gates. It also proves that the Milky Way galaxy lies close to SAMA; the upper edge of observable universe. As such, it is likely that galaxies streaming away from each other according to the linear Hubble's law are attached gravitationally to "SAMA".  "SAMA" is likely to be the source of the homogeneous and isotropic cosmic microwave background radiation at 3K.
