Abstract :
 

The current study aimed to investigate the effect of a supervisory program based on the skill development model to develop personal interview techniques for a sample of family reform counselors in Jordan. initial survey sample of (45) family counselors was selected from family reform centers. To answer first question in study, counselors were chosen and divided equally two experimental groups, counselors to whom the supervisory program was applied and a control group of ten counselors to whom no supervisory program was applied. the members of Clinical Psychology Review Volume 97, August 2022, 1021481 2 the experimental group had improved compared to the control group in the personal interview, and at the same time the results indicated that the experimental group had continued to improve in personal interview skills on the There is a long-term effect, which indicates the effectiveness of the supervisory program in the long term, and based on the results of the study, the study came up with a number of recommendations, including benefiting from the program based on the skill development model in developing the techniques of personal interview.
