Abstract:

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of using Microsoft Teams software in Jordanian universities in light of the Corona pandemic, and the study sample, which amounted to (247) faculty members, was selected in a stratified random manner. One-way analysis of variance, and Scheffe test, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are:

  1. The use of Microsoft Teams software in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of faculty members came to a moderate degree.
  2. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the use of Microsoft Teams software in light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of the faculty members due to the variable of gender and in favor of females, to the variable of the university and in favor of faculty members at the Hashemite University, and to the variable of rank and in favor of members The faculty is of the rank of associate professor, and for the variable of experience in favor of faculty members with experience (less than 5 years).
  3. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the degree of knowledge management practice by Jordanian public universities from the point of view of faculty members due to the college variable.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was: that public universities take their role in paying attention to the use of Microsoft Teams software in Jordanian universities in light of the Corona pandemic, and enhancing it because of its impact on improving the performance of faculty members.
